Please allow up to 3 business days for your order to ship. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing all of your tracking details. If you do not receive a shipment confirmation email within 3 days, you may want to check your SPAM folder.
All orders are shipped via the United States Postal Service (USPS). International parcels are transferred over to the postal service located within the receiving country upon arrival.

- By clicking the "Track your Order" tab on our homepage and entering your order number and the email address you used when placing your order.
- By simply logging into your account and viewing your order history.
Good-Hair.co is not liable for any failed deliveries due to incorrect mailing addresses submitted by the customer. It is the sole responsibility of the buyer to ensure their shipping address is correct before placing an order. Packages that have been forwarded back to us due to an incomplete mailing address will be subject to an additional shipping fee prior to re shipment.
We are also not responsible for any lost or stolen shipments, and or duty fees applied by the receiving country. We are not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers from USPS to the local carrier in your country or air and ground transportation strikes or delays, nor any extra fee’s, customs or back end charges once the package has exited the United States.
In the unlikely event that you suspect your package has been lost or stolen, please contact the United States Postal Service (USPS) for domestic shipments as we are only able to provide you with the same tracking information provided to us by USPS. For International lost packages contact your local post office for assistance (Specifically "Royal Mail" or "Parcelforce" if you reside in the United Kingdom.)
